KDM have published the dates for the upcoming Draft Financial Year Integrated Development Plan (IDP) for 2022/23.
On Tuesday, 10 May 2022 at 18:00 at Townsend Park, KDM will engage with all stakeholders, and the community at large, regarding the proposed IDP, and WE NEED YOU to attend and have your say.
The IDP informs capital expenditure and budgets for the next five years and providing input to KDM in this regard is absolutely critical in ensuring proper service delivery, maintenance of existing infrastructure and planning of new infrastructure to serve our community in the future.
The right of the community to engage and contribute to this process is enshrined in Chapter 4 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000 as part of representative government.
