DOLPHIN COAST RESIDENTS & RATEPAYERS ASSOCIATION
The Dolphin Coast Residents and Ratepayers Association’s (DOCRRA), Annual General Meeting, for Financial Year 2019/2020, was due to be held on 28 May 2020 at Simbithi. However, due to the Covid-19 Lockdown, the AGM unfortunately had to be postponed and is now taking place at 18h00 on Tuesday the 22 September 2020. Registration will start at 17h15. The meeting is planned to be completed well before 19h30.
Residents and ratepayers, both members and non-members, are encouraged to attend. It is a forum where interesting and important matters will be shared as well as providing an opportunity for questions and requests from the community. Only members have voting rights. Comprehensive minutes will be available after the meeting on our website.

We thank and welcome our new members to DOCRRA. We also thank members who have renewed their memberships for our new financial year and for their continued support of DOCRRA.
DOCRRA also relies on the involvement and membership support of the community to be able to perform their important role in looking after the concerns of the Dolphin Coast Residents and Ratepayers. The annual membership subscription enables DOCRRA to perform its important role.
For those that have not yet joined us, or renewed their membership for this financial year (1 March through to end February the next year), and would like to, the annual Membership Fee is R200.00 (Two hundred rand) per household per annum. To attend this meeting, you are required to register prior to the event by Friday the 18th of September 2020 17h00, by emailing us at admin@docrra.co.za. Please include your full name and ID number in the email. Please confirm if you registered as a member for this financial year 2019-2020. Should you require us to respond to specific questions, please also submit these by this date.
On entry to the Simbithi Club House, there will be someone at the door to record your attendance and your temperature on their copy of our workshop register.
The meeting will be held in the Dragon Fly Conference room.
The meeting starts at 18h00 but registration, tea, coffee and biscuits will be available from 17h15.
Masks, social distancing, and sanitizing is required. A sanitizer is available on entry to the room and seating has been arranged accordingly.
Due to Covid-19 regulations a maximum of 50 people can be accommodated. Consequently you are invited to study the AGM documents and forward any suggestions or questions to admin@docrra.co.za. All of these will be considered and responded to and included in the minutes which will be available shortly after the AGM.
