Please be advised that staff from BPG Mass Appraisals, appointed by Kwadukuza Municipality, are currently busy with data collection and inspections for the purposes of updating the Valuation Roll.
Part of their data collection exercise will involve taking two external photographs of your property. Updating of the municipal Valuation Roll is a process that is undertaken every five years and is in line with the Municipal Property Rates Act.
The implementation of the new General Valuation Roll will be published in February 2021 for stakeholder viewing and comment, and will be implemented in July 2021.
